
Joshua Horvath is an award winning sound designer, composer,
and music producer. He started his career sharing the stage with Alanis Morrisette, the Violent Femmes, Live, Toad the
Wet Sprocket, PJ Harvey, The Goo Goo Dolls and many other mainstream bands. He moved to Chicago where he has designed
for The Goodman, The Steppenwolf, Chicago Shakespeare, The Court Theatre, Northlight, Lookingglass, About Face, Next, The
House Theatre of Chicago, and Congo Square. His regional credits include: The Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts,
The Lincoln Center, Long Wharf, Hartford Stage, CenterStage, Kansas City Rep, Milwaukee Rep, Madison Rep, Illinois Shakespeare,
Milwaukee Shakespeare, and Great River Shakespeare. Joshua has taught sound design for DePaul University, and currently
teaches sound design for theatre and film at Northwestern University. Mr. Horvath is an artistic associate of Lookingglass,

Recent credits include the world premieres of Ghostwritten
at Goodman Theatre and After a Hundred Years at Guthrie Theatre both by Naomi Iizuka. Other Chicago credits include Ski Dubai
by Laura Jaqmin and Spare Change by Mia McCullough at Steppenwolf’s First Look Series, Elliot, A Soldiers Fugue by Quiara
Hudes with Teatro Vista and Rivendell Ensemble at the Steppenwolf Garage, Permanent Collection by Thomas Gibbons at Northlight
Theatre and, at Next Theatre, both Far Away by Caryl Churchill and In the Blood by Suzan-Lori Parks. New York credits include
Wilder by Erin Cressida Wilson and The Red Clay Ramblers at Playwrights Horizons, Hurricane by Erin Wilson and Fur by Migdalia
Cruz at Soho Rep and numerous readings and workshops of new work at New York Theatre Workshop, the Public Theatre, the Flea
Theatre, Cherry Lane Alternative, and New Dramatists. Ms. Portes heads the MFA Directing Program at The Theatre School at
DePaul University where she also serves as Artistic Director for Chicago Playworks for Families and Young Audiences. She lives
in Bridgeport with her husband, playwright Carlos Murillo and their two children, Eva Rose and Carlos Alejandro

Brian Priest has been working as a creative in various
fields of advertising, marketing and design for over 20 years. He is currently Senior Vice President/Creative at Upshot, a
Chicago-based marketing agency. In his 10 years at Upshot, he has lead work for clients such as Proctor & Gamble, Disney,
Ford Motor Company, Miller-Coors, Bridgestone-Firestone, and Mattel. Brian received his BFA from Eastern Illinois University,
Charleston. He has a lovely Jack Russell Terrier named Zoe.
